Unifo was founded by Ravi Kumar, who brings over 35 years of experience in the customs and logistics industry, including his role as Founder and former MD & CEO of Flyjac Logistics — one of India's leading customs brokerage and logistics companies.

UNIFO started with the insight that the EXIM ecosystem was deeply fragmented — every stakeholder on a different system, every workflow disconnected, and every coordination point dependent on manual effort. That fragmentation had a cost: in time, in errors, in compliance risk, and in lost operational control.

The Unifo One platform was developed to address this — beginning with customs clearance and compliance, where the pain was most acute and the opportunity for structured, validated, intelligent automation was greatest.

Today, supported by 90+ domain and technology professionals, Sentinel has evolved from an internal tool into a robust platform — refined through real-world usage and now available to the wider EXIM community.
